  • What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    We allow dogs and cats only. *Breed restrictions apply.
  • How many pets may I have?
    We allow two pets per apartment.
  • Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    The pet fee is $500 per pet. The monthly pet rent is $15 for one and $25 for two pets.
  • What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Please bring with you a government issued photo ID.
  • What are your fees and monthly charges?
    The application fee is $85 per person. The Admin fee is $350 per apartment. Each apartment has a monthly trash fee of $25.00. The water and sewer is individually metered to the apartment and is billed monthly with the rent.
  • What are the income and credit qualifications?
    The applicant's gross income must be three times the monthly rent. The applicant must pass a credit and criminal background check as well as rental verification.
  • What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    Acceptable forms for proof of income are the following: Paycheck Stubs, Offer Letter, W-2, Bank Statements
  • What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    Each applicant must be approved to live in our community.
  • Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    The deposit is refundable pending any damages and the final water bill.
  • If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Within the lease there are two lease break options. The option is chosen upon signing your lease. The first option is a two-month termination fee. The second is called rent responsible. This option the resident pays rent until the apartment is reoccupied.
  • Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    The lease will automatically roll to month to month unless a new lease or a written notice to vacate is supplied to the leasing office.
  • What utilities are included in my lease?
    No utilities are included with the rent.
  • How long is the term of the lease?
    The lease term offered is 12 months.
  • Do you accept leases for short terms?
    No.
  • Am I required to have renters' insurance?
    The property does not require renters' insurance but it is highly recommended.
  • Do you offer furnished apartments?
    Atlántico at Tuscany does not offer furnished apartments. However, Atlántico at Tuscany does work closely with Cort Furniture.
  • Do you offer corporate apartments?
    No.
  • If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    To report a repair in your apartment please contact the office either by phone, email or place a work order online though the resident portal.
  • When is my rent payment due?
    The rent is due between the 1st and the 3rd of the month.
  • What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    You will be liable for a late charge on the 4th of the month.
  • Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Electronic payments are accepted as an online payment through the website.
  • Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Atlántico at Tuscany does not offer a rent drop box. You may pay your rent online or drop off the rental payment during office hours only.
  • There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    A guest may stay 14 consecutive days. After 14 days the guest must be added to the lease.
  • Do you have reserved parking?
    Atlántico at Tuscany offers two types of reserved parking. The first option is a carport. The second option is a garage. There are three different sizes of garages available. Please call for pricing details.
  • I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    You can park your motorcycle in any unreserved spot. Do not park on the sidewalks, bicycle parking or in fire lanes.
  • My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    If your children visit over 14 days you will need to notify the office.
  • Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Satellite dishes are not allowed.
  • Do you have cable services?
    We are wired for AT&T.
  • Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes.
  • Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes.
  • Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    TBD
  • Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No open flame grills are permitted on the balcony. However electric grills are allowed and all balconies are equipped with an electrical outlet.
  • Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    The storage units range in size and price. Please call for details.
  • Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    You may paint your apartment as long as you turn the apartment back to the original color before vacating the apartment.
  • Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    No.
  • Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes.
  • Where do I register to Vote?
    DMV
  • How is your property different from the competition?
    Atlántico at Tuscany offers a convenient location, a European Plaza, and tile throughout the apartment.
